About Representative Office

The Representative Office of Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Dubai (UAE) was established to optimize import and export operations between Ukraine, Middle East, Central Asia and Northern Africa.

Objectives of the UCCI Representative Office are as follows:

  • Collecting, processing, analysis and systematization of information in order to  provide mutually beneficial relations between Ukrainian producers and end customers of UAE and other Gulf States, minimizing participation of intermediary companies, increasing Ukrainian producers profitability, entering the level of  international business relations.
  • Monitoring  of economic trends in the Persian Gulf  and presenting information  via Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry to  secure Ukrainian enterprises  doing business in this  region.

Our tasks:

  • within the competence of Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry assist to develop trade and economic relations between Ukraine and the  United Arab Emirates (UAE);
  • represent Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in business organizations of  the United Arab Emirates (UAE) supporting relations between both countries;
  • providing informatin about potential partners (import, export, industrial cooperation, investments, etc.);
  • providing information about foreign economic relations and current situation at the  market of UAE;
  • rendering assistance to UCCI and  Ukrainian enterprises to make contacts with governmental and non-governmental organization and institutions, promoting various forms of collaborations between Ukrainian and Arab business.
  • providing information and consulting services to UAE enterpreneurs as per legal, economic, social and other conditions of business activity in Ukraine; 
  • facilitate  Ukrainian enterpreneurs  to contribute in UAE exhibitions and fairs as well as attract UAE businessmen to participate in exhibitions and fairs to be held in Ukraine;
  • Elaborating of  proposals as per interchange of  trade missions between UAE and Ukraine, holding economic and trade workshops and conferences;
  • Providing Information  about Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry  activity;
  • Providing support to UCCI staff and business delegations during their visits to UAE, assisting  in  meetings and negotiations  organization;
  • In cooperation with UCCI assisting in the procedure of certificates of origin verifying;
  • Confirmation of the certificates of origin and their data, including authenticity of regional chambers seals and signatures.

We set our tasks for a long term period. Work for the future makes it possible to collect and analyze information in the region to use it by UCCI members in their subsequent work. 


Representative Office

The Board of Directors of the UCCI (Presidium) has appointed Mr. Dmitriy Rakhmatullin as Head of the UCCI Representative Office in UAE.

The Representative Office carries out its activity as per Regulations approved by the Presidium of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine.

All regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry are partners of the UCCI Representative Office in UAE.
