 Who can be our Member   

Members of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry can be legal entities who are established and operate according to the Ukrainian legislation, citizens of Ukraine who are registered as entrepreneurs and their associations. All of them enter the Chamber on a voluntary basis.

How to become a Member of the Chamber

To become a member a company please contact us by email info@ucci-mena.org, submitting an application and a copy of the certificate thereto of its state registration.
Members are adopted by the Presidium or the Council of the regional chamber with further notification of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The date of paying the fee is the legal date of entry into the regional chamber and simultaneously into the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Rights and Duties of the Chamber Members
The members of the Chamber are entitled:

  • to elect delegates to the Congress of the Ukrainian CCI;
  • to elect and be elected to its governing bodies;
  • to submit to the governing bodies of the Chamber any proposals on the issues pertaining to the activities of the Ukrainian CCI and respective regional chambers;
  • to get necessary assistance from the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the issues within its competence;
  • to enjoy services of the regional chambers and the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry on a priority basis and on beneficial terms specified by the Chamber governing bodies.

The members of UCCI commit themselves:

  • to give active assistance to carrying out missions and functions of the Chamber;
  • to pay on time entry and annual membership fees;
  • to exercise their duties on principles of respect to the partner, to abstain from unfair competition.
